1/ Entry opens on 8th April 2024, when our online entry form will be made available to entrants. Entrants should complete their entry forms, submit them, pay their entry fees, and they will then receive an automatic notification that their entries have been received and fees paid.
2/ Once the organisers check the entries and verify that they meet our criteria, we will send an acceptance note to the entrant. This will include an ENTRANT logo that brands are free to use to denote their participation in the Awards on social media, for instance. We will also ask entrants to send us four samples of each entry.
3/ Once received, the organisers will then ‘welcome’ brands to the Awards on their social media channels, Twitter and Instagram.
4/ Two samples will be sent out to our testers. (The other two samples will be used for judging — and potentially further testing — and for photography / display.)
5/ Feedback from our testers will be taken forward and presented to our judging panels during judging week in June. Judges will combine their opinions and expert views on all entries with those of testers in order to reach decisions on all winners and medallists.
6/ Winners will be announced, again through our social media channels, in July.
7/ Winning logos will be sent to all winners.
8/ Tester and judges feedback on all entries is freely available on request once the results have been announced.
9/ The organisers will send press releases to relevant media outlets and lifestyle bloggers, and support winning brands in doing likewise to their own contacts, advising on securing publicity on their successes through, for example, local media outlets.
