1/ Entrants are advised to first familiarise themselves with our categories, our entry fees, our key dates, and our eligibility / criteria.
2/ Entry opens on 7th April 2025, when our online entry forms will be made available until the closing date, 4th May 2025. Once entrants complete and submit their entry forms, they receive an automatic notification that organisers have received them.
3/ Once organisers check that entries satisfy our criteria, we will send an acceptance note to the entrant. This will include an ENTRANT logo that brands may use to share their participation in the Awards on social media, and a request to send us four samples of each entry.
4/ Once these products are received, organisers will ‘welcome’ entrants to the Awards on their social media channels, Twitter and Instagram.
5/ Two samples of each entry will be sent out to two appropriate testers from our database of almost 100 product testers. (The other two samples will be used for judging — and potentially further testing — and for photography / reference / back-up.)
6/ Feedback from our testers will be taken forward and presented to our judging panels during judging week in June / July. Judges will combine their opinions and expert views on all entries with those of testers in order to reach decisions on all winners and medallists.
7/ Winners will be announced, again through our social media channels, in July / August.
8/ Winning logos will be sent to all winners.
9/ Tester and judges feedback on all entries is available on request once the results have been announced.
10/ The organisers will send press releases to relevant media outlets and lifestyle bloggers, and support winning brands in doing likewise to their own contacts, advising on securing publicity on their successes through, for example, local media outlets.
